Greg Sarangoulis

Gregory Sarangoulis is a business leader and real estate developer based primarily in the Berks County and Pennsylvania area.

Greg SarangoulisPersonally, he deeply believes that an individual is only as good as the deeds he or she completes in the service of others. This moral framework guides both his work and his approach to contributing to the community.

Greg is a born and bred Pennsylvanian. Although seasonal inconstancy can add a layer of complexity to project scheduling, he strongly feels his home state of Pennsylvania is a great place to do business – if you work hard and commit to honesty, transparency and respectfulness, you customers will reward you for it. Perhaps one of the happiest byproducts of Greg’s success is that he often finds himself in a position to give back to the community.

Greg Sarangoulis most sincerely values the donation of time, talent, and experience to good causes, but workplace demands and responsibilities can often impede the ability to provide them. However, he always prioritizes community prosperity. His companies proudly support an ever-growing portfolio of philanthropic endeavors. The American Cancer Society, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Olivet Boys & Girls Club, the United Way of Berks County, and CHOP are only a few of the organizations doing amazing work that are regular recipients of Greg’s portfolio of financial contributions.

His philanthropy often stems from earnestly personal investment in the community. When the town’s ‘Welcome to Kutztown’ sign was ruined, Greg recognized the symbolic importance of the local monument and donated the funds to Rockland Signs to create one identical to the original for Kutztown. Greg’s donation to the local Kutztown Library helped keep its door open and prosper as well.

Greg Sarangoulis is the founder and owner of GMI First, Inc., based in Reading, Pennsylvania. His company provides electrical, plumbing, and mechanical contractor services. With more than twenty years of industry experience, GMI First now earns millions of dollars in revenue annually and has accomplished projects in Pennsylvania, as well as New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and more.
